New Ranking System

Hello AAO members! As of today, 06/07/13, the ranking structure will go as follows and is semi based off of Call of Duty:Black Ops 2 League Play.

From lowest rank to highest:

[WOOD] = Wood rank
[STON] = Stone rank - 20 Points
[IRON] = Iron rank - 30 Points
[BRNZ] = Bronze rank - 40 Points
[SLVR] = Silver rank - 50 Points
[GOLD] = Gold rank - 75 Points
[RUBY] = Ruby rank - 100 Points
[PLTM] = Platinum rank - 150 Points
[DMND] = Diamond rank - 200 Points
[MSTR] = Master rank - 300 Points
[CHMP] = Champion rank - 500 Points
[FNDR] = Founder rank

In order to gain rank, there is a new point system. This is based on recruiting, posting on the website, playing league on BO2, posting videos on youtube for the clan, etc. You must keep track of your own score, but beware! HQ is paying attention and you will be punished for lying!

Recruiting a new member: 20 points each
Posting on the website: 1 point each/10 point per month max
Placing in league play: Iron division - 1 point, Bronze division - 3 points, Silver division - 5 points, Gold division - 7 points, Platinum division - 10 points, Master division - 15 points
Hitting Master prestige: 10 points
Posting promotional video on YouTube: 10 points

Why the change?
I'm not following? does this mean that everyone that has been in the clan since the beginning goes back to the first rank?

I don't mean to shit all over your idea man, you know that I like to change things up, but this ranking system doesn't seem fair to the guys that have been here since like the start? and are now at MSG rank, do they have to go all the way back to the first rank? or do we pick up Gold or Ruby rank? seeing as MSG is about half way through the old list, and Gold + Ruby are half way through this list..?

Clarification is needed on this mang! I'm confused as fuck! haha

This ranking system is sort of an experiment for now. Crazy and I want to see how you guys like this for a month or two and if you guy like the old system better we will switch back but no you don't have to start from the bottom. I will put up a new list of all your ranks ASAP

I'll be willing to be a test monkey for this haha just make sure we remember our old ranks if we switch back

Don't worry, ill be keeping them on the website just in case we switch back to them!

Okay cool, I'm about to become master prestige and get placed in league play, so I'm currently on 100 points cause I'm Ruby yeah? So after I hit master I go up to 110, and get placed in league (say I get placed in gold) I'll be on 117 yeah?
How are we keeping track of posts on the website? It only main posts, like new article thingy's, or just a general comment like this one, or both? Lol.

I say let's geT a poll going to decide cuz I hate the fact we have to keep up with points plus millitary rankings are just better than league play rankings

Oh dear lord, is this in reference for example me being [CPL] rank or is this entirely different since it seems to be more as you said for League Play ?

It was a test, and it failed lol. We are gunna stick with original military ranking.
