I applaud all the efforts that have put forth recruiting, you guys are doing a great job! I do have one issue however. Please make sure that your recruits are using the format provided when they post there applications. If our recruits cannot follow something as simple as a form that they need to copy and paste, how can we expect them to follow orders in squads? These steps are in place for a reason after all. Now lets go shoot some people
